Falling Victim to the Rising Slime Army

As the slime population increases, so does the demand for hosts. Angela happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, and she fell victim to a stray slime looking for a home. She never would've seen it coming before it latched onto her leg. She wasn't able to shake it off before it began to spread across her body, moving underneath her clothes and everything. It covered every inch of her skin, rendering her immobile. Soon after that, it latched onto her brain, taking control of her as indicated by bright blue shining eyes. The slime then soaked into Angela's pores, and her skin tone went from the slime's blue pigment back to her normal skin color. The slime looked through its new eyes, pleased with the host it managed to take.

"The slime army will rise, one unsuspecting victim at a time." It whispered to itself, carrying on with its day as unfortunate Angela.
